This is supposedly the second most powerful node in the network because it is predicted to get all power of Node B passed on. However I would rather guess that Google passes less than 100% of a site’s power even if it has only a single outgoing link. I also suspect that if there are several outgoing links, they add up to more than 100% of the site’s total power.
